Block One is a modern, mixed-use building located in Old Town Fort Collins, nestled on historic Linden Street between New Belgium Brewery and Old Town Square. You may know it as the home of Encompass Technologies. It’s a beautiful river-front property in the Poudre River District with commercial offices, a trendy event venue, and furnished luxury apartments.

The name “Block One” came about because the site is the the very first city block established in Fort Collins in the mid 1800’s. But Block One is more than just the coolest office building in town right on the banks of the Poudre. The owners of Block One have other rental properties around town, and expect to add to their portfolio.
